Position Overview

Fatboy® is seeking a Sales and Marketing Administrator for its online sales channel. The Online Sales and Marketing Administrator will be an expert in digital sales on both retail and marketplace platforms and have a proven track record of positioning premium brands in a highly competitive landscape. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue/profitability goals with key online retailers such as Nordstrom, Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Wayfair, Brookstone, and 2Modern.

Primary Responsibilities

·     Strategic oversight and business development of Fatboy’s major online retail accounts

·     Serve as an expert on key growth opportunities related to the eCommerce space, and translate those identified opportunities into solid, actionable strategies

·     Develop seasonal/quarterly marketing campaigns to drive incremental sales

·     Monitor monthly sales against plans, and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve top line sales and profit

·     Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports, analyze data to identify trends and uncover insights, and make recommendations to accelerate eCommerce growth

Other Responsibilities

·     Insure that Fatboy’s presence on partner websites is in alignment with the brand

·     Monitor competitive activity and react to online trends and best practices

·     Prospect for new online retail partners that are a good fit for Fatboy®

Requirements

·     Bachelors’ degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

·     5-7 years eCommerce/eTail experience (experience with a lifestyle or furniture brand a plus)

·     Excellent business acumen with the ability to conduct ROI analysis on programs

·     Strategic thinker with strong planning and organizational skills

·     Ability to multi-task with a high level of excellence

·     Strong written and verbal communication skills – includes influencing, negotiation

·     Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

·     Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Google Analytics preferred

National Retail Sales Manager

Primary Responsibilities

·     Deliver significant business & financial growth in the Retail Channel by growing channel to budgeted Revenue, as well as achieving Operating Margin.

·     Formulate and implement short and long-term strategies to develop business growth plans for existing retail accounts, and especially for new and emerging accounts and channels of distribution.

·     Identify and deliver on new and incremental selling channels, studying and understanding each specific market structure and channel base to proactively identify growth opportunities.

·     Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations and pitches to existing and prospective accounts which effectively communicate the business & incremental value opportunity and the brand voice, as well as a tailored value added go-to-market strategy.

·     Develop an assortment, merchandising and retail marketing strategies as well as related initiatives to boost In-Store awareness and drive sales.

·     Establish aggressive, but obtainable, goals for internal and independent sales representative force, associated activities to deliver the goals and monitor performance to goals.

Secondary Responsibilities

·     Produce relevant monthly sales analysis and forecasts with recommended tactical and strategic changes needed to ensure sales and margin goals are achieved.

·     Define optimal sales force structure and develop an analytical, pro-active and client-focused sales organization that will drive business and increase market share.

·     Develop sales processes and tools to drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements to enhance effectiveness. Ensure sales force maintains up-to-date product knowledge.

·     Promote positive relationships with retail partners and work closely to maximize instore merchandising opportunities and placement of new and priority collections.

·     Maintain knowledge of market intelligence, trends, and competitive retail landscape in order to assess opportunities relative to pricing, new developments and gaps in product assortment.

·     Create budgets and manage expenses at an optimal level and within the budgetary parameters.

·     Assist with the planning and execution of national tradeshows and conferences.

·     Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and operations teams to develop a proper planning and execution process in order to meet the needs of retail accounts.

Requirements

·     Bachelors’ degree in Business or related field

·     Minimum of 8 -10 years senior management experience in the home furnishings industry, following at least 5-7 years as Sales Account Manager / Key Account Manager.

·     Strong record of accomplishment in achieving challenging sales targets with a strong emphasis placed on generating new business & growing rate of sale in existing accounts.

·     Experienced in managing both off-line & online retailers.

·     Established relationships and network within the furniture industry with the ability to develop and build strong retail partnerships.

·     Demonstrated success in handling small and large accounts, with an understanding of business financials and a well-developed ability to lead the charge.

·     Knowledge of structuring sales goals and revenue expectations, and performance based compensation plans.

·     Action oriented and committed to delivering results.

·     Strong communicative, interpersonal and negotiating skills.

·     Customer focused mentality and high level of integrity.

·     Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.

·     Ability to work independently, but also function well in a creative and highly-spirited team environment.

·     Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Position Overview

Fatboy® is looking for a dependable, professional, and highly motivated individual to join our accounting team. This is a part-time position – Wednesday and Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Primary Responsibilities

·     Accounts Receivable - Resolve past due invoices, and initiate soft collections. Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, credit card transactions, etc.

·     Accounts Payable

·     Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.

·     Participate in special projects, and perform other related duties as assigned.
