01.07.10 June 10th and 11th the inaugural Kevin Sorbo Celebrity Golf Tournament kicked off in true Las Vegas style.

The two day event was packed full of fun and excitement all in support of A World Fit for Kids! Actor Kevin Sorbo’s charity A World Fit For Kids is the Los Angeles-based nonprofit organization dedicated to preparing young people for fit and fulfilling lives. Fatboy fit right in by adding a delicious mix of sympathy, tolerance, openness and inspiration we know so well.

The event to raise awareness and contributions kicked off Thursday night with a pairings party and dinner at the Planet Hollywood Hotel. Everyone had the chance to bid on a host of great live and silent auction items followed by a comedy performance by Gary Valentine.
 

On Friday golfers and celebs gathered at the Dragon Ridge Golf Course and were off to a shotgun start at 11:00 am. Fatboy was there is full support - literally. We set up shop on the 18th hole with a beautiful view overlooking Las Vegas and offered the coziest spot on the course. All the golfers and celebrities came through and kicked back to soak up the energizing Fatboy experience. Of course everyone left with a gift of their own and rocked their cool Fatboy bags and t-shirts in true fashion!

After a great day of golf, everyone enjoyed late afternoon cocktails at the country club and then headed back to The Strip for a post-tournament celebration. They previewed A World Fit for Kids new promotional video and were treated to a very special private concert featuring country recording artist and R&B musician Javier Colon. The festivities were amazing and everyone had a great time lounging in Fatboys and supporting A World Fit for Kids!
