Darkness... Switch the light back on

  • You can send an email to service@fatboy.com and ask for a repair kit.

  • It’s normal that the filling will decrease by use. In our webshop  you can order a refill. Available in 100 and 350 litre.

  • There are 3 energy saving bulbs in an Edison the Grand. The upper bulb is 16 watts, the bulb in the middle is 4 watts and the lower one is 8 watts.

  • Only the Fatboy® doggielounge, the Fatboy® catbag, the Fatboy® jeans and the Fatboy® desswerrum does have a separate inner bag. Only for the Fatboy® doggielounge and the Fatboy® catbag you can order a separate inner bag or a cover bag. To buy one, you can send an email to service@fatboy.com.

  • The following Fatboy® products are designed for outside use; Headdemock, Outdoor, Avenue, Edison the Grand and Flowerpowersol. We don’t recommend you to leave your products outside for a longer period. Use you Fatboy® products the same way as a garden cushion.
     

  • We suggest to use lukewarm water and neutral soap. Only the cover bag of the Fatboy® catbag, the Fatboy® doggielounge, the Fatboy® jeans and the Fatboy® desswerrum are suitable to wash. The cover bag of the Fatboy® catbag and the Fatboy® doggielounge can be washed on 30 degrees. The cover bag of the Fatboy® jeans and the Fatboy® desswerrum can be washed on 40 degrees.
     

  • We suggest to use lukewarm water and neutral soap. If your Fatboy® product is really dirty you can use a garden furniture cleaner, for example HG. These products are available at several hardware stores.
     

  • You just got your new cover! What to do next?

    Take a look at the video for the right instruction. We suggest to do the following with two persons:


     

    1. Take your filled Original, open the Velcro and the zipper.
    2. Turn the Velcro inside out.
    3. Do the same as mentioned above with your new cover.
    4. Attach the Velcro’s from both covers to each other. Easiest way is to start in the angles.
    5. Make sure that the person who fills the new cover stands on a chair or another higher object.
    6. Slowly fill the new cover, make sure that you keep the Velcro good attached to each other, so no filling can come out.
